Card Condition Guide
Every card in the shop is graded by the standard four-tier system used across most Flesh and Blood marketplaces. Grading is done by eye in good lighting, with the card out of sleeve.
Near Mint
Pack-fresh appearance. Sharp corners, no whitening on edges, no surface scratches or scuffs, no print defects visible. Most cards in the shop fall here.
Lightly Played
Minor signs of wear — slight edge whitening on one or two corners, or very faint surface scratches visible only under direct light. Looks essentially mint from arm's length.
Moderately Played
Clearly used — visible edge wear on multiple corners, light surface scratches, possibly minor scuffing or a slight bend. Still tournament-legal in sleeves; no holes, creases, or major damage.
Heavily Played
Significant wear — deep edge wear, noticeable creases, surface scratches that catch the eye, or other cosmetic damage. Still a playable card; clearly not display-grade.
Notes
- If a card has a specific defect worth calling out (signed, slight bend, water mark, etc.) it'll be noted directly on the listing.
- Photos shown on most listings are the actual card you'll receive — not a stock catalog image.
- Not sure if a card meets your standards? Message before buying for extra photos.
